The list has been reviewed and the updated list is attached herewith as Annexure subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: ~ (Submission of MTC (Manufacturer Test Certificate) along with Thitd Party Test report from NABL accredited Laboratory for each material/ product and each project. Field tests of individual batch/lots to be carried out before allowing the material’ product to be used. Only fresh materials’ products from the source be supplied at site (iv) Any material product not meeting out the preseribed standards should not be put to use (¥) The records of all materia’ product should compulsorily be kept as a separate record with the concerned authorities before use of material/produet in NHAI projects. 2. In addition to above, any manufacturer/supplier meeting the prescribed standards can approach the Project site and be considered for source approvals as per laid down guidelines for the material! product ‘subject to fulfilment of conditions for source approval of the material! product. 3. _It is also mentioned that changes in the list, if any, with respect to the addition/ removal of any ‘material/product will be notified periodically. 4. Incase of any inconsistency in the performance of the products from the empanelled firms, the same should be reported and the one time source approval of the firm will be suspended without any further notice. ‘This issues with the approval of Competent Authority. oT “a!
