Introduction

The purpose of this report is to evaluate how well the horses club is working, recommend any
improvements that could be made and suggest how the club could attract new members.

Successes in the club

For over 30 years, the Horses Club has been teaching children and adults to ride a horse and it
is the most popular Club in the village. The club count in the best teacher and there are several
horses’ breeds being able to adapt to each member. Over more, it is known that the club is
successful because not only have members able to learn to ride a horse, but members have
learnt to take care of them, for instance, each member must feed their horse after riding, and
for this reason, they create a special feeling.

Recommendations for improvements

Despite the success, I would like to give improvements if the club wishes to increase members.
First, I think that the club should prepare more activities outside because the place where the
people connect with the horse is in the nature. Secondly, it may be advisable to make courses
in the middle of the week and not only in the weekend. The club is the best way to disconnect
the mind, so, I am sure that a lot of people join in.

Suggestions for attracting new members

One suggestion for attracting new members would be create an open day in order to children
and adults would be able to know the horses.
