In my opinion, the club should take care of customers carefully,
and always instruct them whenever they need. Besides, the
space of the club should also be larger and cozier, which
makes people practice comfortably.

My name is Jenna and I have been a club member since 2020. I
am writing this email to express my feelings about your email and
give some recommendations.

situation which makes me confused.
