Dear sir:

We received an email from you some moments ago, requesting to know the
reason why your transfer requests was been declined. This letter is to let you
know that your transfer requests was declined because you have exceeded
your transfer limit for the month of March 2024. The maximum amount you
can transfer as an individual and within a period of one month is
$500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand dollars). We are aware that you have
already transferred the aforementioned amount of money on the 2nd of
March 2024, which is within the stipulated period of time ( Month of March
2024).

Hence, you won't be able to make any more transfers until the beginning of a
new month which is starting from the 1st of April 2024. This new rule has
been authorized and regulated by the German financial and Prudential
regulatory act. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences this may cause
you, but our banking protocols must be dully observed.
