Start the recipe by preparing the meatballs. For the meatballs, first, grate the onion and garlic. Next,
mix the mince, egg, grated onion, garlic, half a glass of flour, black pepper, red pepper, and salt in a
large bowl. After, shape the mixture into a ball and put them on the baking tray. Bake them in the
oven at 185 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While the meatballs are baking, melt the butter in the
saucepan and pour it over the lavash. Next, take the meatballs out of the oven, then put them on the
lavash and roll them. Then slice the rolls into equal pieces. Spread the melted butter on it and bake
again for 8 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a small pan. Grate the tomatoes and add them to sauce. After that,
add the red pepper and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take the rolled meatballs on a serving plate
and pour yogurt and sauce on them. Finally, sprinkle some parsley and serve it.
