by the Central Luzon Regional Operations of the Social Housing Finance Corporation
for the members of the Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. San Fernando
(Townhomes HOA CSFP) and the intended beneficiaries of the Panipuan Townhomes
located in Barangay Panipuan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Relative thereto, it is respectfully requested herein that the seminars aforesaid be

conducted through virtual means (or thru the Zoom platform) or, secondarily (should
virtual means be impossible), that the following intended beneficiaries be represented
by person(s) other than their immediate relatives, to wit:
