Introduction

The objective of this project is to develop and increase knowledge skills on

how to start, manage and organize a venture. Throughout this project I will be

developing my abilities as a person to see beyond the common and enhance my

creativity. The value of learning the essential steps of developing a business is

important, so that in the end I have enough knowledge and expand my business.

What motivated me to start a business is the capacity I have with my skills

when managing a business alone. The reason I do this is to show the world what I

like to do and how capable I can be so that in the future I can be recognized and

earn money.

For my business, I will apply strategic skills that can distinguish my business

from others. With the help of my creative skills I will be able to create a logo, slogan

and brand that can attract attention. We must take into account the good use of

material in order to provide a great product.

My expectations for my entrepreneurship is to be successful so I could

recognize if I have learned and applied it in my business. I want the world to see my

entrepreneurship as a path to joy and innovation so that I as a person can feel

satisfied in everything I plan to invest in and give people quality products. It is

important to know that small ideas start a business and that's why there are

obstacles for us to overcome and get on the path to success.

difference in the world of gastronomy.

2. To generate delicious and excellent quality products through the

development of unique recipes and methods in order to satisfy the

tastes and preferences of customers.

3. To obtain profits through marketing strategies to ensure business

continuity and its ability to face future challenges.

The importance of online marketing in a business because it is a more accessible medium
for people where they can learn everything about the business without having to go
physically.Our digital strategy will allow us to reach potential clients around the world,
overcoming geographical limitations. One of our biggest media is Instagram where you can
find all the information about our cupcake businesses.

Sales Promotion:

The objective of sales promotion is to motivate customers to make impulsive purchases or


take advantage of attractive offers and that is what we are going to do online and physically,
we will be distributing flyers with our information physically and online we will be informing
ourselves through our social networks.
