Kidney’s Health for All.

Kidney is a small organ in our body, but their role is


really important. So what is kidney’s function? One of
the functions of kidney is to clean/drain blood, where
the excess blood and nutrients will be discarded
through urine. The other functions of kidney is making
sure the water quantity in our body is balanced, if
kidney found our body to be lacking water, they will
hold the water and will not discard them.

Indeed, kidney work really hard for our body, but


fear not, there are ways to keep our kidney health and
strong, preventing any kidney disease, here’s how:
1. Drink a lot of water: it is recommended to drink 8
glass of water a day, but the truth is we might need

2. Stop smoking and drink alcoholic drinks: Smoke and


alcohol will increase our blood pressure and high blood
pressure is one of the major reasons for many kidney
diseases.
