Cluster Optimization
• Cluster definition – Cluster of around 10 sites having contiguous coverage can be considered
as a cluster. At least 80% of the SCFT sites to be on-air in the cluster. Cluster to be mutually
agreed between Huawei and Bharti.
• 18 such clusters identified and Optimization underway.
• New sites coming in the cluster will be optimized with the SCFT and neighbor optimization.
• Each Cluster will take at least 5 days for Completing the Cluster Optimization.
• Cluster Optimization includes:
