SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

A standard operating procedure (SOP) is a document that formalizes the tasks in an organization,
linking them to the people responsible for them and to the resources used in each stage. In this way,
it provides the identification of the data of “who,” “what” and “when” all phases of operations are
carried out.

Introduction:
How it is Performed
1 - Quality Assurance Manual: Starting point for targets, objectives, and responsibility.

2 - Procedures (SOPs): Interaction between departments / business units in terms of inputs / outputs.

3 - Work Instructions (WIs): Documents that define how the work objectives are achieved.

4 - Records: Evidence of compliance.

5-List all the activities and processes that will be documented.

6-Ask employees who participate in the process/activity for help to prepare a highly detailed
document that reflects reality.

7-Observe the activity on-site to gain a basis in reality.

8-Ensure documents are easily accessible to the people that need access to them.

OCC Procedures
1-Contact and send ERT to the Emergency location.

2-Establishing a two-way radio communication with the Rapid Intervention Team and the
Administration.

3-Contacting Operation Manager with full information and data: (location -type of emergency- details
of the emergency person -type of emergency).

4-Contact the client or Point of Contact (According to the agreed procedure).


5-Following the case till ERT arrival. And give some assistance by phone and do what is needed.

6- Tack Required action regarding emergency resource and procedures.

7- Record all situations and keep open time with all procedures taken by time.

8-Recording events in time.

9- Make a detailed report on the accident and the measures that have been taken

10-Return to normal operation phase after Notifying Management team.

Occ Daily Basis job:

1-Radio: should Make sure that the Radio is active by testing the signal which allow the managers to
stay in close contact with the survey and control teams in the field.

2-Mobile:to make sure all sites and guards have Mobile working and in good quality with gull bar
signal.

3-landline Phone: OCC Room has landline phones to give more options and choices about contacting
OCC.

4-GPS System: to make sure that The GPS survey field crew is responsible for ensuring that GPS
survey activities are performed in accordance with System.

5-QR System: to follow scanning check points, exporting the reports, make trouble shoot with QR
user in case of need that.

6-CCTV: to be monitored by a qualified CCTV operator at the CCTV Control Room, Monitoring and
operating the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV

Control Room. Managing associated alarms and call monitoring, reporting incidents or suspicious
behavior, and contacting the authorities when necessary.

7-Monitors: to monitor all tracking systems and responsible for conducting tracking monitoring.
