Your presentation will be assess through rubric of ethics & professionalism (CLS5).

PRESENTATION (CLO3, A3)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Create a group of 4-5 members. Tasks are to be divided fairly among the
group members.

2. Each group needs to submit their answers in the form of VIDEO

PRESENTATION and POWERPOINT SLIDES. Only 1 set of answer per
group is required.
 3. Every group member is required to present his/her part in the video. The
video will be compiled and handed in by the group leader together with the
Power point slides.

4. Video length : Maximum 10 minutes. Number slides : Maximum 12 slides.

5. Answers will be assessed according to the given Rubric. Students are

encouraged to use their creativity, but are advised to follow closely all the
requirements in the rubric.

6. Marks will be deducted for late submission. Non-participating group members

will be given 0 mark.

QUESTION 2:
Biso Bona Enterprise just started a business selling Bahulu Viral products in Seremban area.
Fatomi, the owner of Biso Bona Enterprise has no basic knowledge in preparing business
documents for accounting purposes. You as an accounting student are required to help
Fatomi to prepare the source documents for his business and explain to her how to record
those documents in relevant books of prime entry.

Based on the situation given, you are required to:

a. Form FOUR (4) sources documents for Fatomi based on the following transactions:
1. Credit Purchase
2. Purchase Return / Return outward
3. Credit sales
4. Drawing goods for personal use

**You may choose any dates and any related items for the details of the documents.

b. Demonstrate the preparation of the books of prime entry.
