1. In designing a middle school lesson on the rock cycle, the focus is on making it
engaging and easy to understand. It starts with interesting pictures or videos to get
students curious. Then, we talk about the three main types of rocks and their unique
features. Fun activities like games help students remember. We use visuals to
explain the rock cycle, showing how rocks change over time. Hands-on activities let
students make models and act out roles. Finally, we wrap up by summarizing what
we've learned and why it's important for Earth. This way, students not only learn but
also appreciate the cool stuff happening beneath our feet.
