Oracle EBS - Functional BA Consultant

Job Description:
We're seeking a Functional BA Consultant with the below experience:

 UK Based Remote.
 Contract 12 Months with extension.

Functional BA Consultant:

- Business Requirement Documentation

- Liaison with Other teams
- Co- ordination with Offshore Teams
- Client facing,
- Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design
- Take lead on the Business/solution discussions
- Mile Stone Testing
- Should be knowledgeable enough to manage Client/Business discussion, Testing alone on need basis
- Cutover, Conversions, Go Live and Production Support
- Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions.
- Should have excellent understanding on SDLC process
- Good understanding on Item/BOM/Routing, Costing and Order management functional areas to provide support
with Business & Client requirements understanding , recommendation for Solution approach & Documentation of
Detail Design framework
- Able to manage SIT/UAT Testing, Business Training & Testing support.

- Inventory, BOM, WMS, Costing Modules Implementation skills
- OM Module Implementation skills
- Star item processing
- Effective Communication and consulting skills

Qualifications:

1. Education:
a. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field.
2. Experience:
a. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle EBS modules.
b. Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite in a functional
capacity.
3. Oracle EBS Expertise:
a. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules.
b. Experience with multiple full project lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS.
4. Functional Skills:
a. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into
functional specifications.
b. Proficient in conducting gap analysis and recommending solutions based on Oracle EBS capabilities.
