ABSTRACT

Our Team 3 in HRM 4126 Employee Relations worked together to create an in-depth study on
terminations in the conditions of Mindbridge, a created Canadian company. Applying the knowledge we
received in our education into practice is our top priority.

In the specific situation of Mindbridge, this study covers termination actions, major issues, and results.
It gives special attention to the plans for improvement, proper stakeholder communication, the
termination system and the incorporation of peer evaluation to improve every step of the process.

By providing course materials a practical application, the primary goal is to close the information gap
between theoretical understandings and practical applications in the employee relations business.
