secure ourselves against the unforeseen circumstances that might come our way. This year, even more than ever, is a
year where you should safeguard yourselves and secure your immediate future.

We congratulate you on taking this right decision of covering yourself in case of any unfortunate events like Death, or
Accidental death occurring in your life. Your cover will start from the 1st day of the subsequent month of taking this ride
and will be applicable for a period of 1 month.

Effective From: 01 Mar 2024 ; Effective To: 31 Mar 2024

Total Sum Assured: INR 50000

Total Premium Paid: INR 5

The policy is subject to following eligibility conditions:

● Minimum entry age is 18 years and maximum entry age at entry is 45 years last birthday
● Maximum age when the cover ends is 46 years old.
● You will be eligible for a life cover starting next month and the duration of your cover which will be 1 month
(irrespective of the month ends on 28th or 31st)
● For every ride taken by you a cover of INR 50,000/- would get activated in the subsequent month subject to
you opting in for the product.
● The total sum assured and cover which is to be offered will be determined based on the number of rides taken
by you in the previous month with a maximum sum assured capping of INR 10 Lacs per customer per month.
● In case you have multiple mobile numbers and have booked rides from multiple mobile numbers in one month
after opting into the package, then in that case the maximum sum assured/ cover that you can accumulate will
be capped at INR 10 Lacs only.
● The claim settlement amount will not go beyond INR 10 Lacs in case of multiple logins / app downloads for the
same member.
● If you have opted for more than 20 policies in a month, the money collected for all policies beyond 20 policies
will be refunded back in OLA voucher mode.

This policy helps you provide coverage against Death / Accidental Death:
a. Opportunity to secure your loved ones as you get a life cover at an extremely reasonable price
b. In the unfortunate event of the life assured’s demise, a lump sum amount equal to the Sum Assured will be
payable to the nominee/ appointee/ legal heirs

Nominee Details Endorsement:

a. Current Nominee is by default “Legal Heir”
b. You can change details by sharing the nominee name, age of nominee(>18 years), Nominee relation by writing
it to “group.service@indiafirstlife.com” & “Olainsurehelp@olacabs.com”
c. The percentage share of the nominee will remain 100%.
Your Name Endorsement in Policy:
a. Currently name on the policy is as registered on OLA system
b. You can change the name on the policy any time and will be in effect from next month.
 c. Email on “group.service@indiafirstlife.com” & “Olainsurehelp@olacabs.com” requesting for endorsement with
valid Identity, Address Proof, OLA registered phone number and COI number
