Land Title or TCT (Certified by Register of Deeds) 10. Latest Tax Receipt 11. Tax Declaration 12. Lot plan certified by Geodetic Engineer 13. Deed of Sale/Contract of Lease if application name is not registered TCT name 14. Structural analysis for 1 storey building in excess of 20sqm and all building 2 storey and above with seismic analysis 15. Certification of structural engineer in case of additional floor (structural stability) 16. Plate load test analysis - for 3 storeys and above -2 copies 17. Soil Boring Test Result- for 3 storeys and above - 2 copies 18. Clearance from the government agencies exercising regulatory function- such regulatory agencies are: a. City Planning and Development Office - for Zoning Clearance b. Bureau of Fire Protection- for Fire Department Clearance d. Barangay and Sangguniang Panlungsod resolutions allowing projects for project near or above waterways, creeks and rivers e. Department of Labor and Employment-for construction safety and health program
