for you to stop and try the garment on the doll prior to proceeding further, from time to
time, to see if any minor adjustment is required.

Position along the neck/collar area, then wrap the kimono around the doll’s body to find the
optimal positioning of the collar. Sew or glue onto the upper body of the doll.
Turn at the end of each row, start with 1ch at the beginning of each row

Use a metallic or white crochet thread to crochet all around the edge (single crochet), except the
back collar area ( crochet: 2T, 8TV, 2T)
Attach yarn to the skipped stitches in row8 of Part 4A (kimono). The yarn should be attached in
the middle of the bottom part (see diagram). I would suggest to end each row with an invisible slip
stitch.

19 Use a white metallic or white cotton crochet thread and single crochet all 90
around the edge , BLO.
Row 6: crochet a long chain , then insert hook into 2nd loop from
hook,. Single crochet all the way back to the top.

- On the front of the belt, we have 3 horizontal lines (half loops) running across the whole length
- Attach a contrasting coloured thread (bright pink for the pink belt, light green for the yellow
belt) on the edge of the middle “line”
- Crochet a lover’s or Solomon’s knot, skip 2-3 stitches, slip stitch into the next stitch, then
crochet another lover’s knot —> repeat until reaching the end of the row.
Attach contrasting colour thread here, then work across

- Position the bows on top of the other, as shown in diagram below, sew together, then sew onto
1 side of the belt.
- Sew snap fasteners /press studs on the other side of the belt, which makes the belt removable.
