1. Bring your original CNIC Card/ Smart ID (Juvenile) Card, educational documents and domicile along
with coloured copy of this registration slip.
2. Son/Daughter/Spouse of Fedral Govt. employee-during service death, Service candidates, Fedral Govt.
Employees, Ex-militry and disable candidates must bring documentary proof.
3. Cash of Rs. 200/- and 2 x fresh Passport size photographs.
4. Candidate having different CNIC No on CNIC Card/ Smart ID (Juvenile) Card and registration slip are
declared ineligible and not allowed to take entrance test.
5. This is provisional registration slip. Authority may declare the candidate ineligible as proven upon
original documents.
6. Mobile Phone/Digital Diaries/ Calculators and other helping material are not allowed.
7. Recruitment/ Selection in Pakistan Navy is purely made on merit. If you have been persuaded for bribe,
report the incident immediately otherwise if found involved in any fraudulent activity/ entry, you will be
blacklisted for induction in PN.
