TENDER NOTICE NO.06/2023-24

Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed Income Tax and Sales Tax registered
firms on the basis of Single Stage (One Envelope Procedure). The bidder should
submit bids under the PPRA rules, 2014 and provide “Others Consumable &
Electric items” for Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore.
Date of Closing and Opening of Bids : 26/12 /2023
Receiving Time : 11:00 A.M
Opening Time : 12:15 P.M
Bid Security : 2% of the estimated cost
Tender Fee (In favour of Secretary PPSC Lahore) : Rs.500/- each (Non
Refundable)
1) Successful bidder will have to complete/provide Others Consumable & Electric
items on a specific date time after issuance of Purchase Order (Supply Order) at
consignee address.
2) Rates should be mentioned with and without GST. However, GST will be charged
separately.
3) Items will be supplied and delivered at PPSC, Head Office, 3rd Floor, LDA
Plaza, 7-Egerton Road, Lahore.
4) The Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the
acceptance of a bid or proposal as per requirement of
PPRA Rules 35(1) and (2).
The bidding documents are immediately available in the office of the
undersigned and the same may be obtained subject to the payment of the cost of
printing and provision of the document tender fee as mentioned above to be
deposited in favour of Secretary PPSC Lahore through Challan No.32-A in head
C03-Miscellanous Receipts, C038-Others, C03824 Others. The
