1. Involuntary unemployment on account of termination, layoff or retrenchment due to Merger and Acquisition, Cost Cutting, Down Sizing
Coverage - Cyber Fraud
1. Cyber frauds occurring through customer’s bank account, credit/debit cards for loss amount greater than INR 10,000
Coverage - Family Related Incidents
1. Death of named family members/borrower
2. Permanent disablement of the named family members/borrower
3. Illness resulting in hospitalization of borrower/named family members for a minimum of 3 days. Pre-existing diseases are not covered
Coverage - Home of Borrower Getting Damaged
1. Home of the customer getting damaged due to the below mentioned perils for loss amount greater than INR 50,000
A. Fire
B. Lightening
C. Explosion/Implosion
D. Riot, Strike and Malicious damage
E. Earthquake
F. Storm, Cyclone, Typhoon, Flood and Inundation
G. Subsidence and landslide including rockslide
Claim shall not be payable if it is used for any other purpose such as given in rent or, used as Holiday home or lodging and boarding or Insured’s
Home building or any part of the Insured’s property is used for purposes other than self occupied for residential purpose.

General Conditions
Cover: Loss of job

(Exclusions for this cover)
1. Unemployment from any occupation or job which is Casual, Temporary, Seasonal or contractual in nature, or where the Insured Person is not on
the direct payroll of the employer
2. Any voluntary unemployment, self-resignation, or voluntary retirement.
3. Any Involuntary Unemployment or suspension of the Insured Person at his/her Primary Occupation, which is temporary in nature.
4. Any unemployment from any occupation or job in which no salary or remuneration was ever provided to the Insured Person.
5. Any unemployment occurring while the Insured Person, who is a Salaried Individual, is still under his/her probation, including any unemployment
resulting from non- confirmation of his/her employment by the employer during or after the period on probation
Cover: Family related incidents
1. Named family members would be covered: spouse and children
2. Illness/Injury resulting in hospitalization >= 3 days would be considered as trigger
Cover: Cyber related frauds
1. Unauthorized transactions through bank accounts, credit/debit cards would be covered under this product
