Phase I (Towers - 1 to 5) Rs.7,800/- per sft


A) Basic Price
Phase II (Towers - 6 to 9) Rs.7,400/- per sft

B) Floor Rise (6th Floor Onwards, for Each Floor ) Rs.15/- per sft
C) Charges for Amenities:
TSSPDCL, HMWS & SB Connection Charges, Rs.4,25,000/-
Club Facilities, Piped Gas connection, DG Sets, STP etc.
Basement - I (each) Rs.3,00,000/-

Car Parking Basement - II (each) Rs.2,50,000/-

Basement - III (each) Rs.2,00,000/-

D) Legal & Documentation charges Rs.10,000/-

Applicable Rates &Taxes:
GST:
1. Phase I (Towers 1 to 5) - Not Applicable on Sale Consideration.
2. Phase II (Towers 6 to 9) - 5% on Sale Consideration.
3. 18% on Maintenance Charges and Legal & Documentation Charges.
Note: The above GST/Taxes are subject to change as per the rules/laws from time to time.

Payment & Other Terms:


Ÿ Initial Booking Advance of Rs. 2,50,000 for Phase I and Rs. 2,50,000/- plus GST= Rs. 2,62,500/- for Phase II.
Ÿ 10% of the Sale Consideration (including booking advance) shall be paid within 30 days from date of booking.
Ÿ Balance payment shall be paid as per work progress & payment schedule mention in agreement of sale.
Ÿ The payment should be made by way of Account payee cheque / Demand Draft favoring
“My Home Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. - My Home Tridasa” payable at Hyderabad.
Parking Allocation:
Ÿ 1 Parking for 2BHK & 2.5BHK, 2 Parkings for 3BHK
Ÿ Car Parking allocation in Basement I /Basement II / Basement III is subject to availability on the date of allotment and Car Parking
charges will be applicable as mentioned above .

Note: All the other terms and conditions shall be applicable as per the Application form / Agreement of sale.
