Re: Quotation for the construction of proposed RCC Residential Building (Ground + 2 Upper Floors)
at Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to your request, we are pleased to offer you, our best quotation for the Construction of proposed
RCC Residential Apartments Building (Ground + Two Upper Floors) with an approximate slab area of about
1450 Square Feet (SFT) per Floor at Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.

COST OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE ABOVE SAID BUILDING ARE AS BELOW:

1. Architectural and Structural design fee @ Rs 15/- SFT = 1450 x 5 x 15/- = Rs. 1,08,750/- --- A

2. Cost of construction (Ground + First Floor) Duplex:

Rate per SFT of slab area = Rs. 1250/-


Approximate slab area = 1450 SFT

Cost of Construction = 1450 x 2 x 1250/- = Rs.36, 25, 000/- --- B

3. Cost of construction For Second Floor Slab:

Rate per SFT of slab area = Rs. 375/-


Approximate slab area = 1450 SFT

Cost of Construction = 1450 x 1 x 375/- = Rs.5, 43, 750/- --- C

4. Approximate Cost of General Items (As per actuals):

I. Watchman for curing & cleaning salary (@ 8000 / month) : Rs. 48, 000/-
II. Temporary watchman room with toilet : Rs. 25,000/-
III. Geo technical report : Rs. 5,000/-

Sub-total : Rs. 78, 000/-


Total : Rs. 42, 77,500/- --- D

Total Cost of Project = A+B+C = Rs. 42, 77,500/- Say 42, 78, 000/- --- E

Notes: 1. The price includes Construction Supervision, all construction materials, supporting equipment /
tools and Labour charges.

Technical Details / General Construction Specifications:


1. Foundation / Structure: RC Framed Structure Designed for (Ground + 4 Upper Floors) in
accordance with relevant Indian Standards

2. Earthworks: Depth of footings = 1.5M below existing ground level


3. CRS masonry wall: Peripheral wall of 450mm width X 750mm height.(-0.3M, +0.45M)
4. Backfilling & compaction: 0.45M ht phased backfill with excavated surplus material.
5. PCC bed: 100mm thick CC bed below footings and for Stilt floor.
6. Floor height: 3.00 (10-0) for all floors (Top of lower slab to top of upper slab)
7. Materials:
Cement for Structure : Chettinad / Ultratech / Jaypee - OPC 53 grade
(or) Ready Mix Concrete Aparna / ACC
Cement for Brickwork & Plaster : PPC Penna / Birla-A1 / Ramco / Jaypee
Steel : Fe500 (Dhanalaxmi / Shree TMT)
Sand for all Structural, Brick, Plaster works : River sand
Sand for CRS / CC beds : Robo sand (crushed stone)
Coarse aggregate / crushed stone : Approved Quarry
Electrical / Drainage piping : Prince / Sudhakar
Wood for main door frame : Indian Medium Teak (5x3 section)
Wood for other door &
window frames & window shutters : Indian Medium teak (4x2.5 section)
Wall tiles : 10x13 ceramic tiles
Floor tiles for toilets : 12x12 non skid ceramic tiles
Flooring : 24x24 vitrified tiles with 4 skirting
Luppum / Paint : Altec / Asian paint
Ceramic ware : Raasi or equivalent
CP Fittings : Goldline (Euro or Solo Series) or equivalent
Electrical fittings : Anchor / Maru
Power wiring : Finecab / Anchor / Polycab

8. Project Duration: 6 months from the time of Agreement of Contract & Approval of
all Architectural & Structural drawings.
9. Grace period : 1 month

10. Taxes : All the above mentioned prices are excluding Taxes. All Taxes as applicable
shall be charged extra.

OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. The Owner shall permit the contractor to use, AT NO COST, the following utilities:

1. Safe storage space for storing the material / equipment of the contractor.
2. Space for accommodation of personnel working on site.
3. Bathroom / toilet.

II. The Owner shall obtain all Building permissions and clearances required from time to time
for the smooth & in-time completion of the project, from:

1. Municipal / Panchayat / HMDA / Local Authorities.


2. Neighbours (if any).
3. Other Authorities (if any).

Additional Costs (Not included in the Quotation)

1. Dismantling and Cart away of the Existing Structure (if any).


2. Additions to above mentioned levels / floor height / plans / elevations / specifications.
3. Rock cutting & Leveling and Dewatering (if encountered on site).
4. 1 No. 3Ph Electricity meter and Bills.
5. Water consumption bill from any other source other than site bore well.
6. Bore well and pump set.
7. Lift.
