course& water cement mortor 1:2:4 to an average finished thickness of 4”/ 2.5” with
proofing the proper slops, finishing, line marking and curing.

12 Plumbing Sanitary a) Chambers : 600 x 600and 900 x 600 with SFRC Cover and gully
& water supply chambers.
b) Drainage line , waste line should be 2.5”,4” approved
Brand pvc pipe including connection to Existing main chambers.
(Excluding Metro SW Board charges).
c) All cold water supply pipes and external pipe of PVC and concealed
pipes shall be of CPVC .
d) Rain water pipes equivalent will be of 110mm dia PVC of standard
grade with ISI.
e) One wash basin in the dining room with all fittings & Pipes.
f) WATER MAN / PARRYWARE CP fitting in all bath, toilets,
service andkitchen areas.
g) All ceramic / Porcelain sanitary wares will be of half white colour
(Parry ware or equivalent)
h) EWC cascade with flushing cistern in all bathrooms.
14 Rain water Lump sum as per norms – Quoted rate should also include required rain
harvesting harvesting well.(Additional cost)
15 Car parking Parking Tile flooring, while constructing the car parking area. Design
including colour shall be as per requirement.(basic cost Rs.35/- per
sqft)
Interior wall: One coat Birla or Equivalent patty and primer with two
16 Painting coat emulsion Paint.
Ceiling: One coat primer with two coat emulsion paint.
External: 2 coats of paint of approved colour as per elevation.
Joinery: 1 coat primer with patty and 2 coats enamel paint of
approved colour.
Iron Work: 1 coat primer and 2 coats of synthetic paint of approved
colour.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Works will be carried out as per respective Indian Standard and as per specifications.
2. The following brand of materials used:
a) CEMENT (OPC53 GRADE):
Ultratech/Coromandal (OPC ) for
roof concrete works, PRIYA (PPC)
for other civil works.
b) REINFORCEMENT STEEL
Arun/ARS/ Viki/ Durga & ANY ISI MATERIALS.
3. Technical specification for the Elevation works not included in the above, however based on the proposed
elevation an estimate is given. The final cost for the elevation will be calculated after getting the perspective
view of the building (given by Architects). However, required RCC drops, on the balcony, and simple front
elevation shall be included in the contractor’s scope with regular finishes.
4. If material cost exceeds 5% rates will be redefined.
*Any additional works other than mentioned above will be of additional cost.
