SCOPE OF THE WORK

L Measurements and design as per the approved drawings.
L Reinforced Cement Concrete in 1:2:4 using 20 mm downgraded aggregates Size
shall be 45 cm x 30 cm as per Standard Specification.
L Filling in basement shall be done with available Slurry Dust/ Good earth.
L All the joineries will be made of Anjili or jack wood.
L Good Quality Laterite Brick in 8” thick shall be used for wall construction.
L Solid Brick Work shall be used for the Parapet Work and bathroom separation.
L Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 20 mm downgraded aggregates as per Standard
specification.
L RCC Columns, Beams, Lintels, Stair case and Slabs shall be of 20mm Downgraded
aggregates in M20 Mix as per Standard Specification.
L Steel Reinforcement (High Yield Strength Deformed Bars Conforming to Fe 500) for R.C.C
in all items, including transporting, straightening, bending and placing in position,
binding with approved gauge binding wire shall be done.
Brands:- Kenza, Kalliyath, Vizag, or Equivalent
L 43 Graded Ordinary Portland cement or Portland Pozzolana Cements Brands :- Ramco,
Ultratech, Chettinad, Penna or Equivalent shall be used for all the works.
L Good Quality Crushed M-Sand shall be used for all RCC and Super Structural Works,
Crushed M-Sand which is specially graded for the plastering purpose shall be used for all
L plastering works as per the availability in the open Market.

Inside Plastering Work shall be in Cement Mortar 1:6, 9 to 12 MM Thick

Ceiling plastering work shall be in 1:4 Cement Mortar, below 10MM Thick.
L Outside wall Plastering Work shall be in Cement Mortar 1:6, 9 to 12 MM Thick.
L Stainless Steel Handrails shall be used in Staircase Areas and upper living Cut-Off Areas.
L Parapet of balcony shall be done using stainless steel frames and glazed glass.
All Bathroom Doors Shall be done using Branded Fibre Doors (Priced at Maximum Rate of
Rs.2500/- per Door)

All Wooden Surfaces shall be polished with Good Quality sealer, Wood Stainer and over
coat shall be cleared with Melamine.
L Single Coat White Cement Washing shall be used all over the Plastered Area, Two Coats of
Emulsion shall be used all over the white washing area including one coat of Cement
Primer. Two coats of Paint shall be used for all external Walls and two coats Paints Regular
emulsion shall be used for all internal Walls. Puttying shall be done in front exterior walls,
dining and living rooms.
L All wooden fittings like hinges, tower bolts and mortise lock shall be provided from
branded companies having stainless matt finish.

Septic Tank & Water Drainage Sock Pits shall be made as per the standard Size & Capacity.
L Termite treatment shall be done inside the house before the floor concreting.

interior decorations will be charged extra.

L Switches & Sockets shall be Anchor Penta or GM Modular Switches & Sockets.
L Final Fittings such as Tube lights, LED bulbs, Fancy Lightings & Ceiling Fans should be
provided by the Client at Site.
L Complete Plumbing and Sanitary Works shall be executed by the Contractor; Using good
quality pipes (Supreme brand)
L Sanitary shall include Single Unit Closet (Priced at Maximum Rate of Rs.7000/- per Piece)
and Half Pedestal Wash Basin from Premium Brand.
L Wash Basin for Dinning Area should be fixed from Premium Brand. (Priced at Max. Rate of
Rs.5000/-)
L Water Tank of Aqua-Tech, Sintex or Equivalent Quality of 1000 Litter Capacity shall be
fixed.
L Kitchen Sink of 24 x 18 Sink shall be fixed at Kitchen
L As per Elevation; all the cement ornamental works shall be accomplished,
Floor Finishing:
High Glossy Nano Technology 4 ft x 2 ft Vitrified Tiles shall be used for all Carpet
Areas; Except Bathrooms. Priced at Maximum Rate of Rs.60/- per Sq.Ft)
High Glossy Nano Technology 4 ft x 2 ft Vitrified Tiles shall be used for all Skirting
portions (10Cm Height).
Doing tile Works shall be done above the kitchen slab with Good Quality tiles
(Size: 30 x 30 Cms) Priced at Maximum Rate of Rs.40/- per Sq.Ft)
Good Quality Granite Slabs Shall be used for the Kitchen Top. (Priced at Max. Rate of
Rs.100/- per Sq.ft)
Good Quality Anti-Skid Tiles shall be used for all Bathrooms. Size: 30 x 30 Cms,
priced at Maximum Rate of Rs.35/- per Sq.Ft)
Good Quality Bathroom Wall Tiles (Size: 30 x 30 Cms) of High lighter Model upto a
maximum height of 7 Feet shall be Used, (Priced at Maximum Rate of Rs.35/-
per Sq.Ft)
Good quality granite shall be used for sit out and stair case.
