POSITION: Digital marketing analyst

JSW Group, is a $12 billion conglomerate with presence across various sectors: Steel, Energy, Minerals, Port
& Infrastructure, Cement, Ventures, and Paints across India, the US, South America, and Africa.
JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one stop, omni-channel
& integrated tech-led offering for SMEs, Influencers & Independent Home Builders (IHBs) leveraging existing
products and distribution network of JSW Steel, Cement & Paints.

OBJECTIVE:
JSW One is looking for experienced digital marketing analysts to support our marketing team. The
responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing
campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with
internal teams to drive strategic business goals.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

• Determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing page clicks, keyword hits, search engine
traffic, and other metrics.
• Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
• Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign
performance.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to
drive key business decisions.
• Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written
business recommendations that will help shape the direction of the business.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Provide support for Senior Management reviews at regular intervals.
• Design and automate reports for internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
• Exposure to data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS etc
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
