SCOPE OF WORK :

01. Earth work excavation for Columns and Footings.

Footing Size : 5’ x 4’ x 5’ Deep.
Providing and laying P.C.C 1:4:8 Cement Concrete.

02. Size stone masonry work depth 2’, width 18” with cement mortar 1:8.

03. Providing and casting RCC Columns 9” x 18” with necessary Steel reinforcement
Using 16mm – 4 nos , 12mm – 4 nos with 8mm rings and RCC 1:2:4.Plinth beam 9” x 15”
Depending upon the soil, additional steel will be used.

04. Providing brick masonry of 9” and 4” thick in CM 1:6 for the main wall and partion wall

Solid blocks 6” thick for the main wall and 4” thick for the partion wall.

05. Providing through lintels 9” x 6” with 10mm and 8mm rods for the windows and door

 Opening, all round the building and Providing concealed roof beam of size : 9” width and
12” depth using 16mm , 12mm and 8mm rings. All through lintels, necessary Chajjas and
loft will be provided.

06. Providing roof slab of size 5” thick in the ratio of 1:2:4 with roof rods of 10mm and 8mm.

07. Providing main door frames of 5” x 4” for frame with teak wood. Door with teak 1.5” thick
Paneled door. Pooja door frame and shutter with Burma teak wood half paneled and half
Glass, other bedroom doors and window frames with white sal wood frames 5” x 4” with
flush doors 30mm thick for bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms with water proof flush doors.
Window shutters with second quality teak wood with glass fixing.

08. Providing all brass fittings for main door and pooja door like brass all drops, tower bolt of 8”
Long and 5” hinges. For other doors and windows powder coated fittings will be used.

09. Providing plastering of ½” thick for external and internal walls in the ratio of 1:6 and
Providing spongy finish for external walls and lime finish for internal walls and for ceilings
CM 1:3.

10. Providing Tractor Emulsion of Asian make for inside walls and ACE of Asian make for exterior
Walls with one coat putty and one coat of primer and two coats of paints for inside walls
and one coat of exterior walls and enamel paints for staircase railing and window grills and
flush door colour selected by the owner, polish for the Teak wood doors and frames.

11. Providing medium gauge grill for balcony, Staircase and 12mm hexagonal rod or Grills for
windows.

12. Providing M.S. Grill for balconies as per elevation and 12 mm hexagonal rods for windows
and pipe (C.1) for staircase railings.

13. Providing 1000 liters plastic Tank - 1 No.

14. Providing 40mm jet Black Granite Slab Per Sft. 150/- and Stainless Steel Sink as per owner's

 choice. And as per plan and 4' height Glazed tiles cyber make and Gujarat make tiles of Rs.
30/- per Sft., tiles as selected by the owner.

15. Providing electrical points to all rooms for fan, bed lamp tubelight and additional sockets
and switch points and points for telephone and speaker, two way switch for each bedrooms
and two way switches for staircase and calling bell, Hi-Fi switches and Finolex wires.

16. Switches with Metal box will be used for wiring of different gauges like 7/20, 3/20, 3/22 and
1/18 as per requirements with imported plate of 5mm thick.

17. Providing water supply and sanitary lines for bathroom toilets, Kitchen and wash basin with
PVC Pipes Supreme make. CPVC of Astral Make. Hot & Cold Tap separate for mixer of IS1
Make will be provided. Taps of Ess Ess Make. Indian/ Western commode will be provided of
ISI make Parryware / Marvell make.
Basic cost of Indian Commode: Rs. 1000/- Each.
Basic cost of Western commode: Rs. 4000/- to Rs. 5000/-.

18. Bathroom Wall Mixer Rs. 3,000/- to Rs. 3,500/.

19. Providing Granite for flooring @ rate of Rs. 100/- Sft. for hall, bedrooms, & kitchen. colour
selected by the owner. Any change in make cost difference has to be borne by the owner.

20. Providing Ceramic tiles of anti-Skid for bathroom flooring of ISI 19. make up to 7" height
glazed tiles @ Rs. 30/- Per Sft.

21. Providing and fixing Anti-Skid ceramic tiles for bathroom flooring of ISI or equivalent make
and wall tiles of Cyber make or Gujarath Basic Rate Rs. 30/- per Site.

22. Electrical lines will be done within the site area upto meter.

23. BESCOM and Water supply deposit, office work, sanctions, road cutting permission, earth
work for pit for Cable and panel board work to be borne by the owner with his own costs.

24. Water and temporary electrical connections for constructions work to be provided by owner

25. Elevation as per the working plan.

26. Compound wall with foundation, M.S. Gate.

Sand : M Sand.

EXTRA WORK.

Any Extra work will be charged extra. Wardrobes, showcase, kitchen cabinets will be charged
extra. Any change in flooring or any other work will be charged extra. Sump Tank with cover slab
Per Sft. Rs. 170/- will be extra. Sump Tank Motor with Pipeline to overhead tank-Owner's cost.
