Request for LCD Projector
I am writing this letter to request for LCD Projector to use for engineering department. The
benefit of using multimedia projector by the teachers in engineering department is very vital especially in
today’s era of modern science and technology. The progress of technology, new innovation is being
brought up and emphasize in every engineering lectures. At the present, ma’am, we don’t have
functioning multimedia projector to facilitate the teaching process from which engineering lectures uses
picture, diagrams, audio and video clips, power point slides, etc. In this regards, may I request the
purchase of (2) new LED Projector to be use by (1) BSCE and (2) BSIE students. As you know that many
meetings, presentations, competitions, class discussions, and other students’ activities are in need of LCD
Projector and we don’t have any to be use in the School of Engineering. We request you kindly approve
the purchase of this LCD projector.

support in this matter.
