ADVISORY
Conduct of Standard First Aid Training Course

The Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development through the Disaster Risk Reduction
and Management for Health (DRRM-H) will be requiring the following qualifications,
training materials, and documents for reproduction for the conduct of Standard First
Aid Training Course

For qualifications:
Those who are physically unfit, (60years old and above; has known co-morbid diseases;
with COVID-19 signs and symptoms: temperature of >37.5, has cough and colds, sore
throat and diarrhea) and pregnant are not allowed to join.

Materials needed for the training:

1. Training kits per participant consisting of envelope, notebook, ballpen, SFA
Workbook/Manual.
2. ID/Name tag
3. Alcohol
4. Linen paper, yellow or white in color (letter size) – 2 packs [for the certificates]

Documents for reproduction:

1. SFA Manual - print each pdf file in the folder and print is as multiple pages in 1 sheet
(maximum of 4 pages per sheet) - 1 copy per participant
2. Skills Sheet - 1 copy per participant
3. Trainees’ Directory
