PRICE (RATE) ANALYSIS
• During the Covid-19 pandemic, rates for
residential properties in most of the localities in
Nagpur recorded a dip, which bounced back post
the pandemic with increased new launches and
demand from home buyers.
• Manish Nagar, MIHAN, Wardha Road, Besa and
Narendra Nagar are the top five searched
localities in Nagpur, indicating buyers’ inclination
towards the southern part of the city.
• Over the last five years, localities in South Nagpur
have recorded rate appreciation in the range of 9-
12%.
• With growing employment and educational
opportunities, the city also has good demand for
rental accommodations, offering a 4% rental yield
to investors eyeing rental returns.
