Urban and Rural Life

In my opinion, almost all of the presented advantages and disadvantages of two

different ways of life may be considered responding to our reality. Except some of
them. Firstly, as to the easy access to diversity and cultural experiences in cities.
Unfortunately, not all of them can provide the dwellers with the diversity of
cultural life. The level of cultural development depends on the social politics of the
city council. In fact, some politicians are so concerned about their well-being, that
they don’t pay attention to the subsidizing to cultural sphere . As the corruption in
some cities blooms ,there is no need for officials to invest money from city budget
to the culture. Therefore, living in a city doesn’t imply that the dweller can take an
advantage of rich cultural life .

Secondly, not in all cities there are possibilities for various social interactions.
From my point of view, these interactions depend on the mentality of the cities,
that have different peculiarities of social conscience. There are different factors
that must be taken into account when you choose a city to live in. It is highly
important to find your social circle that responds to your mental level. For
instance, if a person aims for a cultural development, integrating into an intelligent
society and financial stability he definitely shouldn’t settle in Las Vegas, the city
of gamble, light-mindedness and recklessness.

As to disadvantages, I consider a lack of privacy and personal space to be an aspect

that can differ to for each person. Perhaps, it may sound banal but if you are not a
celebrity you can simply afford a peaceful private life .

Actually, I think that despite disadvantages of urban living, it offers much more
beneficial aspects and favorable conditions such as career perspectives, social care,
mental diversity and crucial amenities as well.
