SUBJECT: COVID-19 Update due to Delta variant

Considering the recent surge in COVID-19 cases due to the highly contagious Delta
variant, new CDC guidance, and for the safety of our workplace, we are implementing
the following policy effective Tuesday September 7, 2021.

All employees and visitors will be required to wear a mask in all common areas within
our facilities. “Common areas” include aisle/hallways, main office areas, conference
rooms, break rooms (except while eating), restrooms and entering/exiting the facilities.
A mask will not be required while at your workstation or in your office as long as there is
a barrier or at least 6 feet between you and the next workstation.

We will carefully monitor the situation within our facilities in addition to changing
requirements from the CDC, local, state, and federal authorities to ensure compliance
with all regulations during these challenging times. We will continue to be proactive in
our policies to assure the safety of all of our employees and will immediately
communicate any necessary changes.

We have all done an excellent job during this past year minimizing any transmission at
Conn-Selmer, but we must all remain vigilant until our communities and country are truly
out of the woods. To this end, please continue social distancing, cleaning and
disinfecting work areas, and washing your hands regularly. We also encourage all
employees to get vaccinated; COVID-19 vaccines have been proven worldwide to
safely and effectively reduce the spread and severity of COVID-19 and they are readily
available in the United States. Not only are you protecting yourself and your family, but
you are also much less likely to be a carrier and expose those around you.
