Course Projects
Optimisation of route of DMRC-Phase II (Jan, 2010 - Mar, 2010) :
Performed cost analysis and route optimisation for the Delhi Metro Rail Corp phase II Construction.
Studied land accusation problem incurred during phase II and the financial implications that followed.
Gave a presentation on the above and was awarded as the best presentation.
Dual Mechanism board (Jan, 2010 - Apr, 2010) :
Designed, fabricated and manufactured a mechanical system of double height classroom board.
The boards had a self cleaning and movement mechaism, done within the contraints of space and money.
Internships
Process Scheduling and EVM for laying pipeline for KMKPL by GAIL (May, 2010 - July, 2010) :
Undertaken under GAIL
Did process scheduling for Karanpur Moradabad Kashipur Pipeline project
Presented an optimum solution for the problem of missing set deadlines
The presentation was accepted and put into implementation.

Mini Project on Revense Logistics (Nov, 2010 - Present) :
Modeling risks associated in outsourcing decisions in Reverse Logistics.
Deriving the Risk Index to attempt to quantify risks in Reverse Logistics.
The Risk Index will be Pilot Run on Industries.

Street Play-2008, runners-up among 11 hostels.
Directed, Street Play-2009, got third among 11 hostels.
Stage Play, 2009 and 2010, got first among 11 hostels in both the years.
Volleyball :
Member of the hostel volleyball team.
Represented in inter hostel volleyball matches.
Team stood fourth in the calender year 2009-2009 out of 11 hostels.

General Secretary, BSW (Mar, 2010 - Present) :

Initiated a Student Alumni Networking Program, the first of it's kind, for linking the students and alumni of
IITD.
Conducted the inaugration event involving around 100 alumni from all across the globe to interact with around
2000 students at IITD.
Managing a team 4 secretaries, 22 repesentatives working to make the board better.
Conducted the three day BSW annual fest SPERANZA, to celebrate IITD's golden jubilee celebration.
Mentorship co-ordinator, managing 112 mentors from across the institute to guide the first year students in all
their endeavors. The program got a boost because of newly introduced interview based selection and online
queries and feedback mechanism.
Hostel Represntative, Board For Student Welfare (Mar, 2009 - Mar, 2010) :
Organised 29 events over the entire year at IITD including 15 workshops, 4 trips, 5 seminars and other events.
Founded the Toastmasters Club for Public Speaking at IITD.
Managed the counselling and the mentorship programme (2009-10) for all the eleven hostels of IITD.
Awarded the BSW TROPHY out of eleven working hostels for the excellence in work throughout the year.
Brought out the first ever BSW Newsletter Lumos.
