Subject: - Request in increment of rates of Fumigation & Rodent

Control Services Provided at The Hill View Hotel Islamabad
Dear Sir,

It is requested that to increase the 20% amount of our monthly fumigation services that we are
giving to Hill View Hotel Islamabad on lump sum amount of @Rs.50,000/- per month; We
request to increase to @Rs.60,000/- per month which is just 20% increment.

As we are giving services of fumigation and rodent control from last four years to hotel with
same rates. Our expenses are high now as we are using imported medicine and giving more
time to Hotel and doing daily fumigation (7 to 8 times weekly) plus at night services.

The Services we are doing are as follows:-

 All the floors of the building has been catered with fumigation
 All the rooms are fumigated daily almost at day time whenever vacant or any room is
checked out
 At night we are doing restaurant areas lobby areas and banquet hall fumigation
 At night we are doing fumigation at kitchen areas and staff areas and offices fumigation
 Other than fumigation we are providing rodent control services which includes
placement of special gels approved by WHO and glue traps to control the rats
To maintain such level of healthy and clean environment at hotel we request to increase 15-
20% rates of our contract

supervision of our Chief Entomologist
