JIExpo is Indonesia’s largest and most experienced exhibition venue with 40,000m2

of indoor and 40,000m2 outdoor space. Home to one of the world’s largest jazz
festivals, Java Jazz, the 39-day Jakarta Fair, which attracts over 4 million visitors,
the Indonesia International Motor Show, Indo Defence (G2G Exhibition), and many
more.

Strategically located to the north of Central Jakarta, JIExpo is a 30-minute drive

from Soekarno-Hatta International airport and close to the international port of
Tanjung Priok. The onsite Holiday Inn Express, with total of 250 rooms, is supported
by a range of four and five star international hotels within easy reach.

JIExpo is currently expanding. In 2018 our new Convention Centre and Theatre
will open, providing a 2,447 three-tier proscenium arch theatre, up to 3,000m2
ballroom, up to 1,000m2 junior ballroom and 14 flexible meeting rooms bringing
the total number of breakout spaces available to 29 and creating Indonesia’s
largest integrated Convention, Exhibition and Theatre destination.

For eleven years JIExpo has helped clients, delegates, exhibitors and visitors to
connect. The team takes pride in assisting organisations and associations to
engage with their staff, members, business partners and customers as they grow
their expertise and reach.

JIExpo is owned and operated by Central Cipta Murdaya (CCM) Group; a business
involved in hotels, malls, offices, manufacturing, agro-industry and construction.
CCM manage the Grand City Convention Centre in Surabaya hosting a 1,800m2
ballroom, a 3,000m2 convention hall, 4,000m2 of exhibition space and breakout
rooms

Our indoor exhibition area is divided into two sections: East Wing and West Wing. The East
Wing consists of Hall A, Hall D1 and Hall D2. These halls are connected and can be rented
partially starting from 3,000 to 20,000 m2. The West Wing consists of Hall B, Hall C and
our newly built halls Hall B3 and C3. These halls are all inter-connected with space staring
from 2,000m2 to 20,000m2.

Each hall is equipped with registration spaces and organiser offices. Full telecommunication
and data facilities are available and can be configured to organiser and exhibitor
requirements. Ample on-site parking and integrated food and beverage facilities add to
the comfort for our patrons.

To accommodate the accelerating increase demands for larger space venue, JIExpo is
planning to expand and build more halls with the total up to 12.000 m2 in the near future.

JIExpo also provides its clients and visitors a wide range of services and facilities including
food and beverage, protocol assistance, VIP holding rooms, on-site Holiday Inn Express,
transport shuttles, florist, business centre, banks, spa, and many more.
In 2018 JIExpo will open a new Convention Centre and Theatre which complements the
existing exhibition and meeting facilities. When complete the development will comprise:

• 2,700m2 ballroom divisible into three separate spaces.

• 820m2 junior ballroom divisible into two spaces.
• Total of 29 flexible meeting rooms with variation of sites with max in total of 2.900sqm.
• 2,447 seat, three-tier theatre designed to be the premier venue in Jakarta for international
concerts, musicals and other cultural events.
• Over 7,000m2 foyer and circulation spaces with natural light and views suitable for
breaks, informal meals and networking.
• Integrated pedestrian links across several floors bringing the existing facilities and new
convention centre and theatre within easy walking distance of each other.

The well designed and equipped expansion will allow JIExpo to attract a broader range
of international congresses as well as national and local conventions and meetings.
Professional meeting planners with a requirement for opening ceremonies, plenary
sessions and corporate presentations in a prestigious environment will soon have an
important new location in Jakarta. The outstanding interior design of the complex will
make it ideal for weddings, banquets and other social events.

The convention centre and theatre will be equipped with a range of leading edge event
and presentation technology including sound, lighting and AV projection systems along
with high-speed digital connectivity. The flexible nature of the design means the venue
can comfortably cater for boardroom meetings for half a dozen corporate directors to
association conventions of 2,500 delegates or more with a wealth of configurations and
break-out possibilities. Bringing exhibition halls into play increases capacity significantly.

Ample space has been set aside in the new building for back-of-house and support
functions such as kitchens, organiser offices, theatre ticketing, artist dressing rooms and
staff facilities.
