SWORN UNDERTAKING

I, Richelle Raia Louise Singson Michael, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of No. 14
Tindalo St., Valle Verde 3, Ugong, City of Pasig, after being duly sworn to, under oath and in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the Treasurer of Skytowers Infra Inc., and we are seeking to apply for registration
with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT);

2. One of the requirements for registration is a duly Audited Financial Statement (AFS),
which we are not able to submit in the meantime since it is still for signature of the
authorized signatories. Deadline of submission with Bureau of Internal Revenue is on or
before April15, 2021;

3. To be able to proceed with our application for registration I am executing this sworn
undertaking in lieu of the AFS requirement; and

4. I undertake to submit to the DICT the required AFS as soon as practicable.
