2. Our Corporation have been issued a BUSINESS LICENSE AND MAYOR’S

PERMIT (Renewal) on 17 January 2020 by the Business Permits and
License Office of the City Government of Las Piñas under Account No.
2017030798;

3. Effective on the last busines hour of December 31, 2020, our Corporation in a
Special Meeting of its Stockholders on December 18, 2020 unanimously
approved to close/retire its business including all its store branches due to
serious business losses as a result of the lockdown and quarantine
restrictions imposed by the government due to the Covid-19 Pandemic;

4. I am executing this instrument in order to attest the truth of the above facts for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
