Ch 2, turn

Row 2-11: 20 Dc. Ch 2, turn (10 rows)

Row 12: For a cleaner finish, ch 1 and turn the cape 90 degrees clockwise
and crochet 1 sc along all sides of the cape. (Photo 13)

Cut the yarn. Leave a long yarn for tying.
