investment. The average CTC earned by IIM Bangalore's students often
exceeds INR 25 LPA, while the program's flagship MBA degree costs about INR
23 LPA. 662 jobs were offered to a total of 524 students. The amount of offers
made grew by 37% in comparison to the previous year. In the last placement
drive at IIM Bangalore, 137 recruiters took part. IIM Bangalore received 6
international offers for its graduating class of 2022. The average salary for the
group was 33.82 lakh Indian rupees annually. Amazon, Microsoft, PayTM,
American Express, and Oyo Rooms were the top five lateral recruiters, each
with 14 offers, respectively.
 2. IIT Madras
IIT Madras boasts a top-notch campus, is infused with an inclusive attitude,
and celebrates the diversity of cultures, nationalities, and personalities in a
multiethnic society. They want their campus to embody the values of
entrepreneurship, innovation, and dynamism. 380 recruiters took part in the
2022 placement drive, which resulted in 1199 offers. 14 companies submitted
a total of 45 international offers. There were 231 pre-placement offers made.
The average package was INR 21.48 LPA, and the maximum CTC was INR 1.98
CPA. The majority of students were hired by leading employers including
Microsoft, Qualcomm, and Goldman Sachs in the analytics, consulting, and
finance sectors.

3. IIT Delhi
South Delhi's Hauz Khas neighbourhood is home to the Indian Institute of
Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), a publicly funded engineering and research
institute with international reputation. It is among the country’s earliest Indian
Institutes of Technology. Over 350 participating recruiters made over 1200 job
offers during the placement drive of 2022, including 350 overseas job offers
and 180 pre-placement offers. Microsoft, a major tech company, submitted
almost 60 bids. The amount of offers that have been received has increased by
45%.

4. IIT Bombay
In Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, the Indian Institute of Technology
Bombay (IIT Bombay or IITB) is a renowned independent public research
university and technological institute. A total of 1878 placement offers were
made to the cohort, of which 1441 were accepted. There were 66 international
offers from various nations in total. At least 315 recruiters took part in the first
phase of the hiring process. There were 201 pre-placement offers made. The
top local package this year was INR 1.8 CPA, while the biggest overseas
package was INR 2.1 CPA. Out of all the offerings, there were 7 overseas
packages with more than one CPA and 5 domestic packages with more than
one CPA. The typical wage was INR 25 LPA.

5. IIT Kharagpur
In Kharagpur, West Bengal, India, the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur
was founded as a public research institution. Over 245 recruiters took part in
the 2022 placement drive. The recruiters provided the students with a total of
1600 job offers. Furthermore, 400+ Pre-placement offers were made to
students. 35 offers from abroad were received. This year, INR 2.4 CPA was the
largest remuneration package. The placement drive's top recruiting industries
were software and analytics. Google, Microsoft, Micron, Uber, Honeywell,
Excel, and many other well-known companies were among the top recruiters.

6. Kalinga University
In Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Kalinga University has established itself as one of the
top private universities; strategically positioned in New Raipur's Smart City.
After the sixth semester at this college, students are qualified for campus
placement. Numerous businesses are showing up to hire students for
placement. The largest offer came from Cognizant and was 28 lac whereas 1.8
lac was the lowest salary offered. Every year, around 65% of students are
placed.

7. IIT Kanpur
Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur is a public research university in the
Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. In the placement drive of 2022, 1300 offers,
including 207 PPOs, were made by 8, 287 recruiters, including 16 start-ups;
however, only 1100 of those offers were accepted. Comparing this year to last,
there were 150% more international offers. More than 80% of the students
were placed, and of them, 69% were undergraduates and 31% were
postgraduates. The greatest CTC on a global scale was INR 2.06 LPA ($274,250),
whilst the highest CTC on a domestic scale was INR 1.2 CPA. 49 offers with
more than one CPA were made to students.

8. IIT Roorkee
Indian Institute of Technology, the public technical university is situated in the
Indian state of Uttarakhand. The highest CTC during the 2022 placement drive
was INR 2.15 LPA. A total of 35 firms made 437 offers to students, including 13
international offers, 3 packages ranging from INR 1.8 CPA to INR 1.30 CPA, and
219 pre-placement offers. For the job profiles of consultant, data analyst, data
scientist, finance analyst, operations manager, engineering analyst,
engineering core, and design UX/UI, significant recruitments have been made.
 9. BITS Pilani
In Pilani, Jhunjhunu, India, there is a private university called Birla Institute of
Technology & Science. It largely focuses on advanced study and scientific and
engineering research. 975 students received job offers during the 2022
placement drive, and as of now, 71.83 percent of those students have been
placed. The average CTC was INR 28.99 LPA, while the maximum CTC was INR
1.33 CPA. The placement drive for 2022 featured participation from some of
the biggest recruiters, including Microsoft, Walmart, Service Now, DE Shaw,
and Google.
