    “A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT TO AUTHORISED Mr.Norodin
    G,Pananggilan for Any Banking Transaction Transpired for the MAHARLIKANG PILIPINO
    RECONCILIATION (MPR) ASSOCIATION INC.

    WHEREAS, the Board of Director convened its meeting to discuss problems of our association
    particularly lack of bank Account

    WHEREAS, decided by the board of directors to seek financial assistance under the Executive
    committee and Board of Director, members of association to providing cash for the banking
    Deposit to request Bank Account

    WHEREFORE, upon careful discussion of the body, is it:

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the Bank department to allowed our


    association to Deposit with bank account and passbook.

    FINALLY RESOLVED, to submit copy of the resolution to the Bank department
