    Respected sir

    With due respect I would like to inform you that today I have received Two nos of
    different Insurance policy for the same vehicle no. and my money has been also
    deducted two times from my rapipay ID no. 9864832678 for the same vehicle policy.

    So, therefore I request you to please Cancel my one policy bearing no.
    3005/A/325522370/00/000 issued from ICICI Lombard that was generated due to
    your server error and please kindly refund the police amount.
