devices, sit and stare at the screen for hours. Not only that but they also lack sleep,
proper nutrition, and exercise. All of these bad health habits can result in being
overweight, Poor eyesight, Heart diseases, and other possible illnesses.

Lack of physical activity can lead to heart disease. it can


also develop other diseases such as obesity, high blood
pressure, high blood cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes

Staring at a computer screen for a long period of time


can cause eye strain, blurred vision, and long-term vision
problems like nearsightedness. This is connected to a lack of
sleep or sleep deprivation because our screen has a blue
light that stimulates the parts of the brain that make us feel

control your weight, Helping your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, helping you quit smoking, to keep your thinking,
learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. And Lastly, Meditation. Although creating a schedule, Stress Management, and giving
time for yourself is good for your mental health, but these are more likely to be prevention than a solution.
