1. Estate Management Fee USD 0.07/m 2/month of land area

2.1 Water & Wastewater • Water USD$ 0.5 /m3
Charges • Wastewater USD$ 0.5 /m3 (calculated from 80% of water consumption)
• Payment Term: Payment within 14 days of invoice issue date

2.2 Water Connection Fee • Water Connection USD$ 300 /CMD

• Minimum 30 CMD or the equivalent of USD$ 10,000

2.3 Power Consumption Payment Term: Payment within 14 days of invoice issue date

Peak Hour/Off Peak: Rp 1193 /kwh

• 15 days Deposit based on consumption capacity charge

• Capacity > 1,600kVA: USD 49,000
2.6 Power Capacity Charge • Low Voltage (20kVA – 200kVA) : Rp 37,000/kVA

3. Telecommunication Selection of providers:

4. Rubbish Collection • Domestic Rubbish collection schedule five days a week
