I. Two character certificates from two advocates with copies of their Bar card.

II. Your six passport size photographs in professional dress. (with white back ground)

III. An affidavit, stating truly and accurately, that no criminal proceedings or proceedings
for professional misconduct were ever instituted against you in any court of Law.
IV. Authority letter (verification of Degrees)

V. Application for issuance of Identity Card.

VI. An affidavit/undertaking that the applicant would not claim any benefit from the IBC
regarding benevolent fund, Insurance and other benefits in respect of which he
deposited amount with Bar Council where he was First enrolled.
VII. Submit your original certificate and license card of previous Bar Council.
