    Respected Ma’am,

    This is to bring to your notice that two students of B.Arch 4th Sem; Ankur Nath and Damini
    Pradhan have been having inter-personal issues since few months. It was brought to attention
    when acts of physical violence were reported by their batchmates in the Studio/Lecture Hall
    during college hours.
    Both of the students were initially given verbal warnings with reference to their personal conduct
    when in the classroom during free periods. In few instances, they were seen in Block-C Elevator
    in a violent posture. Hence, after initial discussion with both of them separately, it was decided
    from the department’s end to forward their case to your good office as they may need
    professional counseling and advice for further course.
