Sub: Admissions for the session 2015-16

Sir/Madam,

I an directed to inform you that the issue of admission to the second Post-Graduate
Programme to those who have already passed one P.G. Course for the Session 2015-16 has been
considered by the Admission Committee in its meeting held on 27.7.2015 and following decision has
been taken:-

. Resolved that admission to such students who are willing to seek admission to another post
graduate programme be allowed after the 3rd counselling in case of those who are either
equal or higher in merit than the last admitted candidate and that he/she must have applied
for admission within the last date of submission of application for admission. For admission
of such candidates if seats are not vacant then they should be admitted and supernumerary
seats be got created lateron. However, these candidates shall not be allowed admission in
the University Hostels. These candidates shall submit the certificate of good conduct from
the Head of the Department/Principal of the last institution attended. The counselling of
these candidates, if required, shall be held on 31st July, 2015 at 11.00 a.m. in their
respective Departments/Colleges. Admission of such students shall be made without
charging any late fee. They shall be required to pay fee on 31 st July,2015 itself. The Head
of the Department/Principals of the Colleges should submit the list of such students to the
office of the Vice-Chancellor by 7th August, 2015.

The candidates whose result of qualifying examination of this University is late and who
produce confidential result at the time of counselling has also been considered by the Admission
Committee and the following decision has been taken:

It was also resolved that such candidates who have appeared in BA/B.Sc. /B.Com etc. from
the M.D.University, Rohtak in April/May-2015 and are applicant for admission to a course
in the University and who produce confidential result at the time of counselling, such
candidates be allowed admission subject to their eligibility and merit

The above recommendations of the Admission Committee have been approved by the Vice-
Chancellor.

You are requested kindly to take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
