Obligation to use pilot in the Skagen Road Area

INFORMATION
The Skagen Road Area is part of the Danish Territorial Waters. Ships sailing through or
anchoring in the Skagen Road Area are according to article 4 of the Danish Pilotage Act
under an obligation to us pilot, if the ships: DanPilot is the Danish
State Pilotage provider
1) are carrying oil or have uncleaned cargo tanks that have not been rendered safe with inert gas,
2) are carrying chemicals, Order your pilot at:
3) are carrying gases, danpilot@danpilot.d
4) have more than 5.000 t bunker oil onboard or k
5) are carrying highly radioactive material.
