Candidates should arrive at the examination building no later than 10:00 am and must have their national ID card and "Entrance
paper" when entering the examination building.

Examination rules:

• Candidates arriving at the exam 30 minutes after the start of the exam will not be allowed to attend the exam;
• Duration of the examination is 150 minutes;
• There are 5 choices for each question. Only one of them is correct;
• Do not forget to mark your answer on the "Answer sheet". You must use dark blue or black pen for marking;
• Questions consist of two parts. A set of questions on general subject knowledge (20 questions) and a set of speciality
questions (10 questions and 1 open-ended question)
• One correct answer in general subject knowledge set is 1.5 points. One wrong answer is 1 points. Candidate receives 0 points in
case no answer is choosen.
• One correct answer in specialty questions set is 4 points. 2 points are deducted for wrong answer. Candidate receives 0 points in
case no answer is choosen. The answer to open-ended question is mandatory and it is evaluated with a maximum of 30 points. No
points are deducted for wrong answer;
• Empty spaces on the "Question Book" can be used as a draft;
• You can bring still water into an exam hall. Fizzy and other soft drinks are not permitted;
• According to the decision of Task Force under the Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of
Azerbaijan dated 29.05.2020, № 190 quarantine regime is extended until June 15, 2020 and all the candidates have to wear the
face masks when coming to the examination building;
• ID card must be kept visible, on the table of the candidate during examination;
• Candidates that left the examination room less than in one hour will not be able to apply for consultation taking place at UFAZ on
April 30, 2021;
• Before leaving the exam hall candidates must sign the attendance sheet.

It is forbidden for the candidate to:

• Leave the examination room during the 30 minutes after the start of the exam.
• Bring and use during the examination: mobile phone, calculator, external memory devices, precis, dictionaries, spreadsheets and
books;
• Leave the examination room and come back after receiving the "Question Book";
• Change place, walk, get up of the specified place and other similar cases that can hinder the examination process;
• Exchange any material (pen, paper, etc.) or speak with other candidates during examination;
• Look to the “Answer Sheet” and “Question Book” of other candidates and create condition for other candidates to view his/her
sheet;
• Ask the supervisor for assistance in the test questions;
• Take the “Question Book” when leaving the examination room;
• Leave the exam room without handling the "Answer sheet" to the supervisor;
• If such cases occur, the candidate will be excluded from the examination and his/her exam results will be cancelled.

ATTENTION! Candidates that will try to enter the examination classrooms with mobile phone and any other auxiliary tools, will not be
allowed to continue their exam. Their exam documents will be taken and a report about their cheating attempt will be drafted.
