Tire Traders employs 50 workers who are responsible for producing its products. All employees are expected
to produce quality products, although only employees in management positions are given the opportunity to
learn new skills. Females and younger employees are excluded from attending training. The management of
TT acknowledge their non- compliance with the Act and decided to encourage employees to participate in
learnerships and to register with the relevant SETA.
