Break Area Rules

Each member of LOriental is a member of an ambitious team aiming at achieving ultimate success
and excellence. Hence, providing a healthy, comfortable and clean work environment is one of our
essential goals. Therefore, and taking into consideration the open space of our new cafeteria, we
kindly ask you to abide by the following rules:

● Voices should be kept low so we do not disturb the Members seated nearby the cafeteria.

● Eating any kind of food is only allowed in the cafeteria. This applies as well for dry foods,
chocolate bars and sandwiches.
● Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the office including the cafeteria, our premises are
located in a Smoke Free Office whereby anyone who wishes to smoke can do so outside the
building.
● Used cutlery and cups should be washed and put back into place. They should not be left
dirty in the sink. You may use the dishwasher.
● All organic waste should be disposed of in the waste containers located at the cafeteria.

● All office equipment is new and of top technical specifications. They must be dealt with
carefully and cautiously.
