1. Introduction:
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images are widely used in Remote Sensing, Military
development,forestry,Agriculture Monitoring,Disaster Management and many other fields,Satellite
images are used to extract meaning information from scenes but it's been a difficult task because of high
variability and low resolution with big data image.

In last few decades,Alot of work has been done to extract desired feautures by applying high
computing classification on Satellite Images, researchers have acheived Alot of success in Satellite Image
Analysis,But it has been observed experimentally classical image processing algorithm fails in any
aspect[1] when used for feature extraction in satellite images and many algorithms are proposed for this
purpose e.g GIS-based application [2] ,Fuzzy C-Means Sigma[3][4] ,EM Algorithm[5] K-Means Clustering

· Research Motivation:

· For now a days everything is converting into digital world. While monitoring

Information ,We need accurate undertaking acquisition for area of interest which couldn't
detectable through visual interpretation, without loosing any information of dataset, some
algorithm do compression of dataset e.g convert image from RGB to Grey Scale for
segmentation. While Synthetic aperture Radar capturing Scene, Ultravoilet rays collide with scene
and speckle noise is produce,it is difficult task to extract meaningfull information with
noiseResearch Contribution:

Following are the Research contribution needed in past work

· Identification of spatial patterns in remote sensing data in High-Dimensional Spacing i.e 3D

or 4D domain

· keeping physical features of scene save

· Adjacent Area coverage should be supported

· Machine Learning techniques[9]

used which can give be applied for all type of Data input.
